Soon Heng Food Delights

Address: 6 Tanjong Pagar Plaza, #02-19, Singapore 081006

Opening hours: weekdays, 9AM to 2.30PM

Hungry Lah! rating: 4/5

Must try: Shark meat lor mee $4/5

Really love the contents in the lor mee in which I have never come across any lor mee stalls that put so many items in the bowl. Firstly, the noodles are cooked to perfection, fried shark meat nuggets are tender and goes well with the broth. Fried wanton, slices of pork bellies, fritters, egg, and chili. A must try at Tanjong Pagar Plaza.

Address: 8 Shenton Way, B1-18 AXA Tower, Singapore 068811

Opening hours: weekdays, 11AM to 3PM

Hungry Lah! rating: 5/5

Must try: salmon sashimi don

Chanced upon this newly opened place at AXA tower. They sell super delicious and amazing dons. We ordered salmon sashimi don, pork jowl don and smoked salmon don. All at $9.90 each. The portion is just nice and most important very worth it. Look at that thick cut of salmon sashimi! They were previously located at Changi Business Park but now moved to Tanjong Pagar before the circuit breaker period. Do support them! The people serving us were super nice as well, they asked us which cut of salmon sashimi do we want.

We learnt from the servers that different parts of the salmon is leaner and other parts are fattier which makes the difference in taste.
