Finding cheaper buffet options for my parents' wedding anniversary brought us to Swatow Seafood Restaurant for their high tea dim sum buffet.
The restaurant has a traditional decor that seriously reminds me of Chinese restaurants in China. The dim sum are served through carts that are pushed by the servers around the restaurants. You can then pick and choose your dim sum. Also you can try out more than 30 varieties for you to choose from!

For each person dining, the restaurant also gives one abalone, very worth it!:
I was surprised that they had this sweet item, pan fried pastry with loads of red bean paste and banana puree in it:
Items I love:
Salted egg fish skin
Red bean fried pastry
Steam pork ribs
Char Siew Sou: BBQ pork in flaky pastry
Steamed BBQ pork bao
Items I did not like:
Liu Sa bao - custard in the bao was not even liquid
Fried siew mai - too oily and they even put mayo on it, too much
Do try it out and let me know if you like it!
