Surprise Find: Malaysian style Bak Kut Teh

Updated: Dec 14, 2020

This was a surprise find by me and my girlfriend as we were finding some soup to fill our stomachs after hiking at Chestnut and getting super drenched due to the downpour.

Presenting Bak Kut Teh in the west at Gombak area! We seriously cannot believe we came across this and instantly reminded us of what we had in JB.

The soup base is herbal and we had 1 extra refill which was so thick in the herbs. Tasted so good and satisfied our craving and stomachs.

Go try it now if you want to come to the west or if you stay near Gombak MRT, do visit and support!

Butttttt, the only bad part is that the pork ribs looked dark and so small. Though it fell off the bone, tender. And... only 4 pieces for us???!!!

If anyone of you tried it, let me know if you think it is worth it! I certainly think it is.
