So we ordered: 1) the award winning original Butao King (tonkotsu pork broth with Nagi chashu)
I requested for level 10 spicy level I liked this ramen style as it was quite flavourful and garlicky though the spicy level challenge was disappointing even at level 10 =(
I could have gone to level 20!
2) Black King: Fragrant blackened garlic and squid in a silky broth with succulent chashu; finished with a ball of minced pork, black sesame and Nagi spices. This was nice as well though salty.
